Taking items from someone else's hard waste is an offence under local law, so knock and ask the resident first.

About 50 live Victorian units this week, down from 60, but the stock is stronger: two Kennards Flemington units and a Grace Removals whole-house lot. Soft close with a two-minute extension, 17.5% premium, clear the whole unit within 72 hours. Bonds vary by operator ($200 at most, $250 at Royal Wolf, $25 at Grace), so check before you bid.

A daily habit rather than a drive. Sort newest across furniture, homewares, lighting and outdoor, and check the seller's other ads, because one listing often hides a whole-house clearance.
